Die Lage der Wohnung und die gemütliche Einrichtung.

Es war eine tolle Zeit im Dünenschloss. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Der Willkommensgruß für unseren Vierbeiner mit Leckerlies ist jedes Mal eine Freude. Nicht umsonst sind wir zum 2. Mal in Folge in der Anlage. Perfekte Strandlage inkl. Hundestrand vor der Tür.

Guten Tag, während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es eine Havarie und das Wasser wurde von ca. 7 Uhr bis zum Nachmittag abgestellt. Wir hätten uns sehr darüber gefreut, wenn uns die Gästebetreuung zumindest informiert hätte was passiert ist und wie lange man schätzt, dass die Reparaturarbeiten dauern werden. Dafür, dass wir die Wohnung mehr als einen halben Tag nicht nutzen konnten, hätte ich mir ein wenig Kulanz gewünscht, und wenn es nur eine nette Geste gegenüber einem langjährigen Kunden gewesen wäre.
