In this cozy vacation rental, you and up to 4 people can enjoy a relaxing vacation near the beach. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. Spanning 55 m², the vacation apartment features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, two bedrooms (with blackout curtains), a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. From the south-facing balcony, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the Kühlungsborn city forest. The fine-sand beach and the beach promenade are just 50 meters away.
The cozy living area is furnished with a corner sofa, two wicker armchairs, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a stereo system. Enjoy cozy evenings here. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for shared meals.
The adjacent kitchenette, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped with an oven and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. Useful small appliances such as a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the kitchen amenities.
A box-spring bed awaits you in the vacation rental’s bedroom. A closet provides storage space for your vacation luggage. The second bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed and a fold-out bed. Curtains provide privacy and block out the light.
The tiled bathroom features a shower, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a toilet. The following flooring is installed in the rooms of the vacation rental: vinyl in the bedroom and children’s room, and tile in the living area. Pets are allowed in this apartment.
You can use the swimming pool, sauna, and fitness room at the “Dünenschloss” free of charge. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.
Direct access to the adjacent city forest makes this an ideal location for a stay with pets.

The Dünenschloss apartment complex features lovingly restored balconies reminiscent of traditional seaside resort architecture. The white sandy beach is only about 50 m away. The center of the Kühlungsborn West district is only about 500 m away. The apartment complex consists of 4 buildings with several vacation apartments. All vacation apartments in the buildings are accessible via stairs or elevator.
Our guests have free access to a well-maintained swimming pool (8 x 4 m), a sauna, and a fitness room. The swimming pool is closed annually during the 3rd and 4th calendar weeks. Please note that our wellness area, including the fitness and relaxation rooms, will unfortunately be unavailable from 04.01.2027 through 30.04.2027 due to extensive renovation work.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in separate rooms. You can securely store your bicycles in a bicycle storage room.
