About this apartment rental
In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot is available upon request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

Host was extremely welcoming, and communication was fantastic. The apartment is in the perfect location, being central means everything is within walking distance. With the Trevi Fountain being only a few minutes away. Will definitely stay again

This was a very nice property but smaller than I had realized. It was clean and had a nice layout for its space. Everything was very comfortable and nice. We didn’t use the stove or the dishwasher. The shower is a little wonky in that water will leak out of the stall. We put towels down to help mitigate this issue. I would suggest a floor squeegee so guests can push water back to the drain.
It’s a second floor walk up. This would be fine for someone wanting to visit Rome with a carryon bag or backpack. I would not recommend it if you have large bags like we did. We reserved the apartment two days before arrival and had some communication issues but I think that was mostly on me.
The area around the apartment is very nice but we had several alarms go off during our stay. We also saw a couple running away after they stole a woman’s purse. It did not deter us from venturing out but you really need to be alert. Overall, it’s a very nice little apartment. Thank you to the host for having us.

Awesome apartment in a great location! We were able to walk to dinner and also shopping areas. Riccardo was very responsive! I would highly recommend this loft for a couple or single individual.
