EXCEPTIONAL APARTMENT ON AN EXCEPTIONAL SITE

Our family of five recently spent 5 days at this amazing location in Antibes. The apartment and location exceeded our expectations. The location is fantastic. It is located at Plage de la Garoupe, which is a smaller public sandy beach that has two restaurants and was not excessively busy, even during a very hot weekend in late June 2025. Being steps away from the beach was a highlight and the convenience of being able to come and go throughout the day was really great with kids. In the evenings we often had the beach entirely to ourselves and overall the Cap D'Antibes area was very relaxed and quiet at night. The apartment is also very close to the old town (about 3 KM) and several larger public beaches, accessible by car or using a walking/running path along the water. The apartment itself is incredible. Three large bedrooms, with a beautiful primary bedroom on its own floor and amazing views of the water. The deck is the highlight, it is enormous with panoramic views of the water, as well as a BBQ and hot tub. It is well appointed with all the necessities, including AC, WIFI, and a fully appointed kitchen.Frederic was a great host, check in and check out was a breeze and he was readily available when we had questions. We would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend this location for anyone visiting Antibes!

This property and the location truly are exceptional. The property description and pictures probably do not do it justice. We had a family of 5, staying in August 2023 for a week. The apartment is a large unit in a small apartment building directly across from the beach. There are 3 spacious, clean and well appointed bedrooms and the owner provided an additional air mattress for our youngest, upon our request. There are 2 washing machines and a dryer in the unit and central air conditioning, which was a welcome reprieve from the hot weather when we were there. The deck is just phenomenal - private and very spacious with great views. There is actually no reason to leave. Our kids were planning on camping at the beach but when they saw the deck, they decided to just join us there. And when it was time to cool off in the water, it was just a few short steps away. The hot tub was also relaxing at the end of the day. The place is in the heart of Cap d'Anitbes and the old town is a short drive away (as are Nice and Cannes). I enjoyed jogging into Antibes each morning along the water. And there are a couple great restaurants right on the beach across from the apartment. Frederic is a great host and was very accessible and responsive. We miss Cap and hope to return some day. Thanks for a memorable stay!
