About this apartment rental
This is the perfect 1 bed apartment to enjoy when visiting the Villamartin Plaza for your holiday.
The apartment is perfect for a couple. On entering you have the bedroom with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space and a dressing table. There is a nice size bathroom with a shower. The living, dining, and kitchen are all open-plan. The kitchen is fully fitted with all you need on holiday. The dining area is perfect for two as is the living room. There is a flat-screen TV with a full UK TV package as well free wifi. The south-facing balcony off of the living room is perfect to sit and sunbathe during the day or just relaxing in the evening. The community has a large pool to enjoy also when on holiday.
Being part of the Villamartin Plaza, you just walk downstairs into the plaza to a large choice of restaurants from the local kebab shop to 5-star dining in many of the well know restaurants, we even have one owned by a TOWIE cast member. As well as eateries, there is a wide range of pubs to choose from and entertainment for the kids during the summer months. Just a perfect place to be. The plaza also has a grocery store, banks, and doctors.
A 10 minute walk away is the Rioja centre and Los Dolses centre for a wider choice of restaurants and bars.
For the golfer, the Orihuela Costa is the place to be, known as the Costa del Golf! There are several professional courses all within a few minute's drive if not just next door. In near proximity, there is Campoamor Golf, Villamartin Golf, Las Ramblas Golf, Las Colinas Golf, Vista Bella Golf, Golf La Finca, and La Romero Golf. You can hire clubs at most as well. We suggest if you are looking for ease of booking and discounted green fees contact Albatross Golf in Los Dolses.
Also now visit the new Zenia Blvd shopping mall considered to be the largest in Europe and only a 5-minute drive away, or catch a taxi!
The location of this apartment makes it the perfect holiday retreat.
As with all In The Sun Holiday villas, a starter welcome pack is included with coffee, tea, milk, water, juice, and a bottle of Cava to start the holiday right!

-There is a compulsory 50 euro end of stay cleaning fee payable on arrival to the agent at key handover. The keys will not be released without payment.

-Cots and high chairs are available upon request at a price of €15.00 per week each.

Really enjoyed this apartment as it was right in the centre of the action. It's not the biggest bedroom but the living space was adequate and had a fantastic little balcony looking over the square which was great for people watching. Graham who checked us in to the apartment was really welcoming and informative and we couldn't have asked for more. With the apartment came access to a pool area which you could hire a sun lounger for 3 euros a day. The only down side was the stairs to get to the apartment. Overall a great stay, thanks.
