FABULOUS 2 BED 2 BATH APARTMENT !

Close to Villamartin Golf Course and plaza. We were able to walk to the course with our clubs. Spacious living area. Good water pressure in the shower. Two large shower rooms (one with a bath). Plenty of parking on the road nearby. Clean.

Main bathroom smelt of damp. Air-conditioning is on a separate payment meter and there is a meter in each bedroom. No AC in the main living space. We only tried using it in one room while we slept. Walls/ceiling thin and so could be problematic if you're trying to sleep and have noisy neighbours.

Exceptionally clean, had a double bedroom with en-suite and a room with 2 single beds and a large bathroom. Great kitchen, balcony and living area. Access to the rooming pool. Great security in enclosed secure compound. Plenty of car parking space either on road or in public car park. Everything you needed including iron and ironing board and 2 hairdryers. Had a box of tetley tea bags, some coffee and sugar etc Located over the road from Plaza Villamartin.

Nil. We could not fault it.

The property was spacious and clean.

The sun chairs were broken,rusted, would not stay locked position. After being there for 11 days a plumber had to visit the ensuite bathroom and found that the shower tray cement filling had perished and we could not use the shower for the last 17 days of our holiday so we had to keep walking to the other end of the Apartment to have showers during this time. Nobody contacted us in relation to when the shower would be fixed. another issue was the person in number 14 Apartment who was smoking weed non-stop 24/7 and the smell was forever drifting into our Apartment and we could not have the Air con on in the ensuite bedroom due to this. Also there was a wasps nest under one of the chairs outside which had to have been there before we arrived at the Apartment that I had to buy spray for to do oil the wasps and remove the nest. I didn’t take any photos of the chairs, wasps nest or the shower, but due to these issues I feel someone needs to contact me.
