Waterfront restaurant, Port City Club, a few steps away on the boardwalk. Only 5 minutes to upscale shopping at Birkdale Village and upscale restaurants. Lakefront views from the private patio, living room, dining room and master suite. For the discriminating traveler looking for an upscale vacation experience on the water this condo has it all. At the end of the day sink into the Master bedroom’s brand new King bed with a posh luxury cotton comforter with lots of pillows. A new large 6 drawer dresser with mirror and a large walk in closet assures plenty of storage. The en-suite bathroom has been stylishly updated with a travertine stone tile floors. An awesome brand new travertine walk-in shower with great water pressure and an extra hand shower with seamless glass doors is heaven. This shower has replaced the previous cumbersome and difficult to get into tub most of the condos have. Instead enjoy the new seamless glass door spa like travertine shower. The master bathroom vanity has been replaced with a raised one with new gorgeous granite with double sinks. It has 3 useable drawers and 2 cabinets for your personal items. The large walk-in closet is adjacent to the vanity.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luggage rack for easy unpacking. The second guest bath has a new granite countertop and a full tiled shower that replaced a white tiled fiberglass bottom antiquated shower other condos have. The guest bathroom has great water pressure. Both guest bedrooms have new furnishings, brand new queen beds and new HD flat screen TV’s. Condo Disclosures:
While we understand many people like to bring their own boat to Lake Norman, this condo does not include a boat slip. The condo is located 1 mile from Freedom Boat Club, which requires a membership.
Swimming pool is on the property for your enjoyment. If for some reason the pool is closed due to unforeseen circumstances such as maintenance/repair, swimming is allowed off the boardwalk in a designated area in the lake. Life guards are NOT available so swim at your own risk at the pool or in the lake. Lots of wildlife and geese and ducks are by the lake and you can fish off the dock.
A maximum of 8 people are allowed in the condo at one time and a maximum of 6 are allowed overnight. This is strictly enforced.
The condo has a security system in place which is active when the unit is not rented. The renters will not need to utilize it during their stay. Front door has a video monitoring security camera which monitors all activity at the exterior of the unit. There are NO security cameras inside the unit.
AREA ATTRACTIONS:
Boat and Jet Ski rentals within minutes at Carolina Boat Rentals and Safe Harbor Marina.
Charlotte Motor Speedway and NASCAR events are 25 minutes away.
Birkdale Village with 70 restaurants/shops and and a 16 plex movie theater is 5minutes away.
Publix, & Harris Teeter Grocery stores as well as Walgreens and CVS drugstores are minutes away and directions are in the condo for your convenience.
The Raptor center is a great place to visit.

We had a wonderful time during our visit to Cornelius much thanks to this wonderful condo. The view of the lake off the patio was beautiful, tranquil and great to see. The location was highly convenient to Cornelius with easy shopping and access to many restaurants. The big bonus was the location a five minute walk to the Lake House restaurant. We would definitely like to return.

This gorgeous waterfront condo has an awesome view of Lake Norman. There is a long lakefront boardwalk steps away to walk along that connects on one side to a restaurant. The condo is clean and modern and a joy to stay in. The city around it has many excellent restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals and shopping just minutes away. Easy check-in and the condo was quiet at night and located in a safe neighborhood with close, free parking. I would recommend this well appointed lake front condo for relaxation and fun for your next vacation or weekend away.
