There are over 30 restaurants in Davidson to choose from. Be lakeside on Lake Norman at one of several eating and drinking establishments, only a 3 minute drive away. The Master bedroom suite is furnished with a beautiful Bob Timberlake Queen bed, 40 inch LED TV with Apple TV box, a leather recliner, a master bathroom with 2 sinks, separate soaking tub and standup shower. (The Master closet may be locked as owner storage, if so 2 over door hanging units will be for guests use for hanging clothing.)
The 2nd bedroom has a queen pine bed, pine dresser, closet, and HD LED SMART television.
The 3rd bedroom has a full bed, painted wooden dresser, closet and HD LED SMART television.
The hallway bathroom has a single sink and tub/shower combination.
Full size washer and dryer located upstairs.
Downstairs has an open kitchen and living room floor plan, with a stainless French door refrigerator and freezer, ice maker, filtered water, bar height counter top seating for 3, dishwasher, oven, microwave, double sink and garbage disposal.

Very convenient location to Davidson College. The house was in a quiet residential area and was just as described, clean and organized with plenty of amenities and room for our family. Check-in was easy and host was easy to communicate with!

A wonderful property! We found the home to be well supplied with all that makes it a home away from home. Immaculately clean and well maintained it made provided a very comfortable stay. The neighborhood is charming and made for interesting strolls. One can talk longer walks to the Main Street with its interesting shops and restaurants as well as to the beautiful campus of Davidson College. Rob is a excellent host, conveying important information in a timely manner and responding quickly to any questions/comments. Highly recommend a stay here if your travels take you to Davidson, NC.

Home/area was fantastic! Robert was very helpful/informative. Lots to do in the area - please check out the binder/book in the home for things to do. Great farmers market on Main St. and lots of walking paths. Home was well equiped with ALL things needed from spare pillows to bedding. Easy arrival and departure. Thank you for hosting us!!

I expected a quaint, simple clean home to stay in. It reminded me of a frat house, with frat people that cleaned it. Everyone had terrible allergies from the filthy carpet, towels were like threadbare rags you dry your car with, the house is in desperate need of maintenance, overall I would never stay here again. I would feel dishonest in leaving a positive review on here.
