RENTED FOR THE FULL 2026 SEASON!
Lovely Townhouse offers a scenic retreat after a "tough" day on the beach! Overlooking the Rehoboth-Lewes Canal, this 3 BR, 2 1/2 BA home which sleeps 8, is the perfect landing spot "in-town" Rehoboth Beach. You can even bring your dog with a signed pet addendum and pet fee! Number of dogs & breed restrictions may apply. Walk to the beach and the fabulous restaurants and shops in town. Don't feel like walking? The owners have graciously provided 2 Rehoboth Beach parking permits for use on non-metered parking spots! On the occasional cloudy or rainy day, you can "binge-watch" your current show on one of the 4 smart TVs throughout the home. (They are also hooked to cable!) Owner even supplies a few beach chairs! Book now while there are still prime weeks available!
Guests pay a $150.00 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-checks with no fees, as well as personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Apart from damage protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking. Unless indicated otherwise, Linens/Towels and paper products are NOT INCLUDED. Guests may rent Linens/Towels through the hosting company or bring their own.

This place was very quiet with a little dog park right across the street. The beach was a nice bike ride. house is comfortable with room for all.

10-15 minute walk to the beach or parking passes provided for the days we didn’t feel like walking. Great place if you have a dog since there is a walking area across the street

The home is in a great location, with plenty of parking, and the addition of the parking passes from the homeowners was very convenient.
The hidden fees from the property manager were a disappointment however. Linen fees, having to bring all your own toilet paper, dish soap, etc, additional cleaning fees on top of the regular cleaning fee, a 3% fee for credit cards, and directions on the mandatory trip insurance; none of these were clearly listed in the VRBO listing.
