The Space:
Designed for large families and groups, this spacious lodge combines classic Berkshires character with modern comforts across six private acres.
The dramatic living room features soaring vaulted ceilings and inviting gathering spaces filled with natural light. A fully equipped kitchen flows into the dining area, creating an easy setting for shared meals, celebrations, and relaxed evenings together.
Six comfortable bedrooms and four bathrooms provide plenty of room for everyone, while a dedicated study with an additional twin bed offers extra flexibility for larger groups.
Outside, the home is made for enjoying every season. Spend warm afternoons by the brand-new pool, unwind in the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit after sunset, or enjoy the expansive grounds surrounded by peaceful woodland. Inside, the lower-level game room with ping pong adds even more space for family fun.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: Please note that the mini splits are not currently working. Apologies for the inconvenience.
Pool: Our outdoor pools typically open for Memorial Day weekend and close after Labor Day weekend, weather permitting.
Pets: We’re happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone’s comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren’t permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
Maximum occupancy: Please mind that this house can host a maximum of 14 guests per fire code. As per the fire department, infants are included in that number. Therefore, any infants included in the booking above maximum occupancy of 14 would unfortunately result in the reservation being cancelled.
Cancellation Policy: We cannot make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please consider traveler’s insurance.

The space was beautiful and great for our group. The hot tub was fantastic, the bathrooms were clean and modern and the big table was great for group dinners. The kitchen wasn’t fully stocked, so we did have to bring some baking dishes and other kitchenware with us. The host was incredibly communicative and accommodating. Would absolutely rent this property again!

Generally, it was a beautiful house, suitable for our large family. We enjoy the walk to the pond and the tennis courts nearby. We could have used access to the mailbox for a delivery that we needed. Oven mitts were needed, but we made do. Our family had a lovely time in the rustic location.
