Lovely home, comes with everything you need to take advantage of the beach (5 minute walk). There are chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear and an umbrella! Kitchen has what you need to take advantage of the dining room and outdoor patio! Close to ziplines, restaurants (Merrimans is a must), and all kinds of beaches! We will be back if they will have us!

Stayed at this property for 4 nights. Great location near the Montage Hotel with easy access to the hiking trail, tide pools, and beach. Thank you for the great stay!

This is our second visit to Kapalua Vacation Villas and again it did not disappoint. The villa was well appointed with modern kitchen and a range of appliances, clean and spacious bathrooms and comfortable living areas. The villa also fronts into the coastal walk which made it easy to get to and from the beach. A nice surprise was the inclusion of beach chairs and an esky/cooler. Always so nice to relax and self cater after busy Waikiki!

Rating Details:The property manager was very helpful.The vacation rental was spotless.I was very happy with the location.I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.Reviewer Comments:The condos and grounds are very well maintained and the reservation, check-in and check-out process was very professional and easy. Location is fantastic - beach access, several pools and easy walk to Montage and Ritz Carlton amenities. But most impressive was the responsiveness of property management to crisis - on our last day there was a major leak from our condo into the condo below requiring shut off of our water. Property management moved us into a beautiful replacement condo -very timely and smooth process -almost no down time or inconvenience to our stay. Thank you!
