The Kapalua Bay Villas are closest to Oneloa Beach offering spacious one and two-bedroom oceanfront and ocean view villas with well-appointed kitchens, laundry and central air conditioning. One of the largest villa floor plans with lanais and open space galore, 34G2 offers its guest 220 degrees of ocean and Molokai views as well as white water views of Oneloa Bay. Light and airy with thoughtful and unique accessories complement the overall design.
PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

This condo needs some love and attention. Kitchen so so stocked...carpet in bedrooms needs a refresh if not replaced...primary felt muggy (lots of rain but this was only the primary room)Fabulous Location, and we love Kapalua Bay Villas

We had a lovely stay. The condo was comfortable. We had one minor issue and Parrish sent someone right away and it was resolved. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very windy

Severe leaks when using washing machine

The real downfall is the mgmt, Aloha Vacation Villas. While here on vacation with my brother, his son, my nephew, was tragically killed back home unexpectedly. My brother took the first flight back. Because my husband and I were traveling with small kids, we didn’t leave Maui immediately but stayed and handled some logistics for my brother, including gathering the possessions he left behind in his villa, and checking him out since he left in a haste at 12am. I explained to mgmt what happened. I even sent them the news article detailing the horrific event, and they refused to refund my brother for the few days he couldn’t stay. They were so calloused and only cared about the money, even though with all the price gauging occurring this summer, they were clearly making out like fat cats. We had several excursions and events scheduled that week that had “no refund” policies, but every singe place graciously issued refunds w/o issue once they heard the story. But not Aloha Vacation Rentals.
