Place your toes in the sand and walk along this beautiful beach where you may not encounter another human or sip coffee as the Pelicans fly overhead. Watch the sunset over the river where you will be torn to stay there or go back to the beach when the pink forms in the sky as you drink in the last drops of daylight. This unique octagon shaped home offers an all embracing living , dinning and kitchen area on the first floor wrapping around a 3 sided modern fireplace. The spacious downstairs offers plenty of sitting room and a Flat Screen 55" TV. There is a half bathroom located on this level for your convenience. The beautiful floating stairs take you to three en-suite bedrooms located on the second level all with king size beds. There is a 450 s.f. Garage with games to play at the extra dinning room size table that can double as the dinner table on BBQ nights. Just slide the grill outside of this room and enjoy. Fish in the ocean directly in the backyard or Indian River Lagoon across the street! Some of the wildlife in the area that you may see are dolphin, sea turtles, manatees, pelicans, sea birds and even whales have been spotted. If you manage to pull yourself away from this tranquil paradise there are plenty of shops and restaurants a short drive away. Or walk a mile along the river to Pelican Island for nature trails. This is the first National wildlife preserve in the U.S.A. Due to county law NO WEDDINGS or Events allowed. A fine of $5,000 can be given by the county which would be passed on to the renter.
