At over 9,500 square feet with 9 bedrooms, 9 bathrooms, the entire family of 20 guests can enjoy Hollywood life. Centrally located within walking distance to Universal Studio, Hollywood and minutes from many attractions of Los Angeles.

There is always a professional thorough, sanitizing
cleaning between guests.
House Rules:
No Parties Allowed.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Drugs Allowed.
No Pets Allowed.
No Loud Noise after 10pm.
10pm-7am No-Noise Ordinance
Name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival.
20 guests maximum Allowed on the property at any given time.
Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old is required.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or fraction.
Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.
Security Cameras outside. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, no corporate events. My neighbors are in close proximity and will notify me and the police department instantly. Birthday parties with 20 people or less are acceptable
Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm.
We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction and cannot be repaired same day, we will refund the guest $100 per day per occurrence.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home,
not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask
that you treat our space with the same respect you
would show your own. If any problems arise, we will
do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one
living on site.

This place is beautiful and super easy to get in and out of. The view is great. Wifi is a little slow, however not the worst. The jacuzzi's ipad wasn't working but the host was very communicative when I asked for help with it so I appreciate him a lot.

The space was wonderful! Great place for a large family to gather. A/C worked great! Unfortunately, there were several things that are a problem. In the Robin Williams room, the bed was dirty(crumpled sheets and hair present) We had to wash the sheets before using. Then the shower handle popped off when we went to start the shower. It was usuable.In the Jimmy Stewart room, the furniture was being held together w tape. This room had limited countertops so the drawers were needed but not accessible due to the dresser being broken. The bed was also broken, so mattress sloped down towards the head. The shower didn’t drain.The Grace Kelly Room had empty soap dispensers. Not a single shower area had bathmats which is quite dangerous. They have beautiful marble floors which are slippery and required me to use a towel for the floor. As for the kitchen, it is not equipped well. We did not have a peeler, rags or scrubbers to wash the dishes or counters, measuring cups were missing and only 2 bowls. 1 pot holder to use which might have been ok but no other dish towels provided. The trash compactor cabinet was broken and ice from freezer was nonexistent. We loved the Kamado grill outside HOWEVER, it was completely full of ashes and had to be emptied before we could use it. The overall house has so much fun to offer w the game room, pool, jacuzzi, and sauna but this house needs some attention. For the daily rate that was charged it does raise the bar for expectations.
