Name of all guests is required at least a week prior to arrival.
16 guests maximum Allowed on the property at any given time.
Ages of Guests under the age of 18 yrs old is required.
No Parties Allowed.
No Smoking Allowed.
No Drugs Allowed.
No Pets Allowed.
No Loud Noise after 10pm.
Overstay after check out will be charged $250 per hour or fraction.
Violating any of the above rules will cause a fee
of $2,000 per occurrence.
Exterior cameras are for guests safety.
Location of exterior cameras: Front gate, front driveway, front door, garage, pool area, backyard, side yard
There are NO interior cameras.
Please remember that you will be staying in a home,
not a hotel. We do have neighbors therefore, we ask
that you treat our space with the same respect you
would show your own. If any problems arise, we will
do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one
living on site.
We strive to keep all amenities in working order but if any major amenities such as the AC, Pool or Spa can't be used because of a malfunction, we will refund the guest $100 per occurrence per day if cannot be repaired the same day.
Pool Heating is an additional $300 per day and must be requested and paid for in advance at least 1 week prior to arrival. It is a large pool so it takes at least 24 hours from the time you turn on for it to be warm.
Please dispose trash in bin located by street driveway area and do not leave by house as it will cause mouse and pest. We are not responsible for mouse and pest if trash is not disposed of properly.

We stayed in this immaculate VRBO for my sister’s bachelorette weekend, and honestly, we never wanted to leave! If we hadn’t already planned activities and reservations outside the property, we would’ve happily spent the entire weekend lounging here.The beds were incredibly comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the jacuzzi and pool were absolute perfection. Plus, there were more than enough towels for our whole group, garage parking was available, and the Wi-Fi was easy to access.Best of all, our host was amazing! He answered all of my questions quickly and thoughtfully throughout our stay and provided so many helpful details that made everything feel seamless, easy, and stress-free. This place truly helped make our weekend extra special and gave us so many wonderful memories to cherish!

Our party of 13 stayed for my sons graduation from USC. We all had plenty of room and privacy..loved that everyone pretty much had their own bathroom! Directly across the street is a plaza with restaurants, clothing stores, a market, and a Starbucks..very convenient! The 2 large refrigerators in the kitchen made it very easy to assign one for drinks and one for food. Some of our party enjoyed the jacuzzi, the grill, and the pool table downstairs. It was a great vacation that everyone enjoyed! Would definitely stay again should I be in the area again! Also, the elevator was an unexpected surprise that came in very handy for our elderly family members and heavy luggage.
