About this house rental
Holiday home with a panoramic view of the Åstfjord. Final cleaning included in the rent. Cozy holiday home with fireplace in the living room. TV: Allente for Norwegian and Nordic channels and Astra1 for German and international channels. Internet for streaming. There are single beds in the bedrooms, and a double bed. By the holiday home there is billiards, darts, and an outdoor football goal. 150 m to swimming area from wharf and shallow beach. Just over an hour by car to the center of Trondheim with popular attractions such as the Nidaros Cathedral, the Archbishop's House, and the piers and buildings from the mid-18th century on both sides of the river Nidelven. The fjords in the area and the Åstfjord have sheltered waters for fishing all year round and are good fishing fjords. In the months of February to May and September to November, there are larger quantities of fish in the Hemnefjord and further out. This applies to cod, pollock, flounder, haddock, big pollock etc. Distance to marina, 150 m. Filleting area for fish with light and water in the basement of the holiday house. Boat for rent: 1x 23-foot Dolmøy230 with 90 HP Mercury, GPS/chart plotter/sonar, 8 rod holders. Payment for extras like boat etc can be done with creditcard on spot.

This was our first trip to Norway, and we couldn't have asked for a better accommodation! The home was spacious and had everything we needed, The nearby swimming area was an added bonus for the kids!

We had an awesome time at the holiday home in Snillfjord, The views of the Åstfjord were stunning, and I could just sit by the fireplace all day, The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it super easy to cook meals for our group, The kids loved playing football outside, and we all enjoyed the swimming area just a short walk away, The WiFi was a bit slow at times, but honestly, it just encouraged us to unplug and enjoy nature, Definitely worth a repeat visit!

"We really enjoyed our stay here, The house is set in a quiet area", and the views are just beautiful, We spent a lot of time outdoors, using the BBQ facilities and playing football, The WiFi was reliable, which was a plus for streaming in the evenings, I must mention the local dining options

The location was serene, and we found plenty of hiking trails nearby, The house itself had everything we needed, including a great barbecue setup, We even managed a fishing trip from the marina, which was just a short walk away,
