About this house rental
A renovated house that retains its original character, with its wonderful vaulted ceilings and numerous period details. Located at the back of Pins, across from the estate’s chapel.
Air conditioning in every room and a fireplace in the living room. High-speed wired and Wi-Fi internet. Front garden and spacious terrace with a barbecue.
Access to the estate’s 14x7-meter pool with spectacular views and a salt-water filtration system.
The property
This house, Cal Busquetet, is located within the grounds of the 200-hectare Can Muní farm, where farmland alternates with pine forests. For several generations now, the estate has belonged to the Genover Muní family and has served not only as their primary residence but also as an expression of a lifestyle rooted in a love for the countryside and nature.
The rural accommodations are all grouped together in the Pins neighborhood, which consists of 9 houses and is located in the center of the Can Muní estate. Six of the houses are used for rural tourism accommodations, and we, the Genover family, live in one of the remaining houses.
In the summer, we accept weekly stays at this house, with check-in on Sunday.
Note: Complimentary olive oil, salt, and pepper are available for guests in the house. Two bath towels per person are provided for exclusive use in the house.
Amenities and common areas
The house is fully equipped with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. It has its own private outdoor area with a barbecue and outdoor furniture. It shares the pool, parking, petanque court, and ping-pong table with the other houses on the estate dedicated to rural tourism.
Other Notable Features
Since spring 2020, we’ve had high-speed fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi at Can Muní. Each house has its own exclusive network, and we’re very happy to say it works very well.
In the summer, we offer weekly stays with check-in on Sunday.
A tourist tax of 1€ per person per night will be charged for everyone over 16 years of age.
We still have a few horses on the property from our equestrian past. We know the best trails in the area, so don’t hesitate to ask us for advice when you arrive.
