About this cottage rental
Country house in a gated community with security patrols, furniture made from railroad ties, stove, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, beautiful red swimming pool, and a reservoir near the community with ramp access for small boats. Guaranteed relaxation and peace of mind. A quiet, family-friendly place with a beautiful view of nature.
Please bring your own bed linens, table linens, and towels. General cleaning supplies, large trash bags, and personal hygiene items.
Do not perform any type of maintenance on the pool; always notify the owner so she can contact the maintenance technician.
Respect the 10:00 PM curfew and the condominium’s current rules.
When you leave, leave the house as clean as you found it.
Before leaving, take the trash to the trash bin at the condominium’s front desk.
The house does not have a BLENDER or a COFFEE MAKER.
If you’re visiting in the SUMMER, bring a FAN! The house does NOT have AIR CONDITIONING!
Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the living rooms and bedrooms!!!! There is a kitchen, dining room, and outdoor barbecue area!
Smoking is prohibited inside the house!!!!!!
Illegal drugs are prohibited in the house… in the event of a complaint from the condominium association, neighbors, security, or management, guests will be evicted and charged a fine equivalent to 2 additional nights’ stay.
Follow the noise ordinance rules … until 10:00 PM
Do not flush toilet paper or other objects down the toilets!
Do not throw cigarette butts or trash on the grass
Pets are allowed… but owners must be responsible
Please clean up after your pet no matter what, and take care of your pets indoors so they do not cause damage or make a mess!
