About this farm stay rental
Beautiful farm, plenty of nature, lakes and springs. Access to property is through highways and secondary roads (100% paved road).
The main house is composed by 9 large and comfortable suites, fully equipped and furnished, rustic decor and games room. Beautiful scenery, beautiful lakes with fishes, native vegetation with Araucarias (pines) and yellow ipe, soccer court, animals (cows, horses, sheeps, geeses, ducks and wildlife native) and German style Chalet.
The farm is just 5 minutes from downtown Pedra Bela and Mega Tirolesa.
The main house has the capacity to accommodate several families at the same time with comfort and welfare. Spending vacations in Cabanha Realeza is a perfect lodging for you, your family and friends to enjoy Pedra Bela's region.
Corporate Events: There is meeting room with air conditioning and restroom that could be used for meetings and training. Holds up 20 people. It is necessary to rent equipment and furniture.

Swimming:
You can swim in the large lake (area of ~ 8,000 sqm), because there is no vegetation or obstacles on the bottom. Given its depth, is required to know how to swim. For children we recommend the use of life jackets under parents supervision.

A casa é muito agradável, tudo extremamente limpinho, quartos ótimos, uma vista belíssima de toda casa para a natureza. A caminhada pela fazenda é muito gostosa tendo contato com os animais do local. A caseira/caseiro são muito simpáticos e nos ajudaram bastante. Dá vontade de ficar mais tempo.

Tudo perfeito! Local incrível e todo suporte do Roney foi perfeito! Vale muito contratar a Viviane (cozinheira) e o Jorge (churrasqueiro). Foram indicações do Roney e nos ajudaram bastante. São pessoas incríveis! Já tentei alugar para o Ano Novo, mas ja esta alugado. Uma pena. Mas voltarei com toda certeza.

Tudo melhor do que descrito no anúncio.
O local é impecável, tudo muito bem cuidado e com uma estrutura excelente.
Fomos em um grupo de família e amigos e foi só elogio.
O atendimento do proprietário foi perfeito do começo ao fim e os caseiros no local estão sempre prontos para ajudar.
Nota 10 sem duvidas.

Atenção excelente de todos na locação (proprietário, caseiros, cozinheira). Ótimo local para reuniões de grupos de famílias, organizado, espaçoso e confortável. Boas opções de laser.
