Located in the highly sought after area of South Yarmouth known as Gateway Isles, this four bedroom two bath home gives you amazing waterfront access. Featuring a private dock, a waterfront patio and an outdoor shower, you and your guests will enjoy maximum outdoor living! The main floor of the home features an open concept kitchen/dining/living area along with three bedrooms (2 w/ queen beds and 1 w/ twin bunk beds) and a full bathroom. The upper level features a landing area with futon and another bedroom (queen bed) and another full bathroom. A wall mounted AC unit in the upstairs bedroom keeps that room cool and a large wall mounted AC unit in the main area keeps the lower area cool. The home is located .4 miles from Thachers Beach, .5 Miles from Seaview Beach and .6 miles from Parker Rivers Beach. Bring your boat and enjoy days out on the water! Or just enjoy the view and the water breezes. Four kayaks are provided for your enjoyment!
Seven night minimums, Saturday to Saturday during the peak season. Pets are considered on a case by case basis. $100 per stay per pet additional cleaning fee required. Dock usage for boating is available for an extra $500 per week. Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00. Upon receipt of a booking request, an agent will reach out to discuss additional security protection which may be required at this property.

The location at the end of a finger into the Parker River is beautiful, and the dock & kayaks are wonderful. Outside patio has a lot of furniture, a working gas grill, and a little fire ring. However, everyone at our cottage was a little sleep deprived because the mattresses were soft & saggy. The living room couch (the only furniture in that room) was the opposite: stiff & uncomfortable. The recline feature for the couch did not work at all. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, dishes & pans, but no amenities such as salt & pepper. Housekeeping staff did an immaculate job.

This was a lovely vacation home! Our family thoroughly enjoyed the property and spent most of our time outside on the patio enjoying the views over Parker's River - scenic sunsets, nature, wildlife, as well as boats and kayakers enjoying the waterways. Very relaxing vacation! Would definitely recommend this rental.
