About this apartment rental

The apartment has two bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. Bedroom 1 has twin beds which can be changed to a double. Bed 2 has a single bed and a bunk bed and in the living room the futon can be used as a double/single. So max 7 beds. Free wi-fi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, single oven and grille and a fridge. The living room has a table that seats 6 and chairs and a sofa for more relaxed seating and a smart TV connected to the wi-if. The boot room has a boot heater for 20, locking ski/boot rack and plenty of storage for helmet, gloves etc along with a kit drying area. There is direct access to a terrace which has garden furniture and a BBQ for the Summer.

Perfect accomodation for a weekend mountain biking with friends. Apartment was well set up and was an easy 20min walk into town. Communication with Nigel was simple and easy. Thanks for the great stay!

Great stay at Chalet Aurora-Tulip . Short walk to the bus stop or local lift. It’s about 15 mins walk into town which we did and hired our skis there as no snow on La Turche when we went . You can walk back up or get the bus . Bathrooms were good and plenty of hot water . Beds are comfy . The kitchen is small but has the essentials. Smart TV has all the apps . Instructions and communication excellent. The place is as described and functional but worked for us as a group of friends ski weekend. Don’t forget the bakery van stops by the ski shop every am at 8 . I would stay again .

Stayed at the property on the 28th Jan until the 3rd Feb 2024. We knew that the apartment was pretty basic and that would be fine for what we wanted. However we did at least think that a self catering place would have a microwave (need one as the oven only has one shelf) and some wine glasses plus we had to buy some plastic bags for the bin as none were supplied. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower rooms/toilets were ok with very tiny sinks but the heater in the second room en suite did not seem to work. Would we stay there again, possible but highly unlikely.

We are a family of 5 (children age range 8 to 13) and stayed here for almost a week. The apartment is excellent - clean, well appointed, comfortable and well located next to the Turche lift. It is a short walk into the centre of Les Gets but the free bus stop is a stone's throw away. Communication with the owner was excellent and informative. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The terrace could be made more attractive (also add a sun shade!) , but the view was lovely. We missed a coffeemaker! And the mentioned dishwasher. Opening the doors with the key code requires a special skill, luckily someone was there to help us. We later used the terrace door as an entrance.

Good points - great location; 2 mins to the button lift and close to bins and bus stop. Easily walkable to the resort centre. Nicely furnished. Good internet service. The boot/equipment room was great and ample for all in the chalet. Well equipped kitchen. Minor issues - could use a microwave oven. Hot water supply ran out quickly which meant it was difficult for everyone to get a daily hot shower and wash the dishes in hot water.

Very comfortable apartments with beautiful views of surrounding mountains. Well equipped, good parking. Great walking routes from apartment and close to the lake. We definitely enjoyed our summer stay and would return.

Extremely poor experience. Almost ruin our trip to fantastic Les Gets area. We rent an apartment and the owner gave us another in the last minute, smaller and with things broken. When we call Vrbo, it was not the first time, and we decided to leave. Not recommended at all.

This spacious apartment is located with great views across the valley and close to the La Turche button lift which takes you straight up to the heart of the Les Gets ski area. There is a bus stop adjacent to the property too. An easy 10 minute walk down to the town and 15 minute walk up - in shoes not ski boots of course!! The chalet features a well appointed and heated ski room - much better than any I have seen anywhere else. Oh, and a bakers van turned up at 8am every morning outside Phillipe Sports selling baguettes and croissants. Would use again and recommend to friends and family.

Overall property was in good order and more than adequate for us, bit of a walk back up from Les Gets in the evenings but our 3 teenage kids traded that off against the very short walk to the chairlift in the mornings!

The apartment is situated within a 5 minute walk to the slopes or alternatively the bus stop is closer. A brilliant location. The apartment is basic. Kitchen was limited and would have benefited from a microwave, additional saucepans and basic utensils (e.g. a sieve, colander). Sofa was really uncomfortable due to its age and would benefit from being replaced. Main beds were comfortable but the beds in the 2nd bedroom could do with being replaced as the springs were clearly evident. Boot room was good and would recommend Phillipee Sports if hiring equipment. Owner was very responsive in resolving a couple of matters upon arrival.

This apartment met all our needs. It was comfortable and facilities were good. Ski/boot room with warmers was a bonus and handy to have ensuite shower rooms. Location was excellent with only a 2 min walk to the ski lift /slopes. There is an apres ski bar, restaurant and ski hire in la turche area. There was also a croissant delivery every morning at 8 outside the sports shop.....Bonus!

Perfectly located at walking distance (100m) from La Turche draglift. Free ski bus stops at the chalet. Rooms are clean and have a nice view across the valley and mountains. Shops are 10 min walk but can also be reached with ski bus.

The apartment was ideal, great for La Turche drag and chair lift, ski hire and a very reliable bus service if the legs had had enough. What nobody had mentioned was the fact that the baker calls at Philippe Sports every morning at 8! Fresh croissant, Pain au chocolat and baguettes, perfect. The apartment was plenty big enough and being able to watch all UK TV channels was great too. Highly recommend for groups who don't want the late night noise of the town.

This was a really clean apartment with loads of space for our family of 4 .Everything you need in this self catering apartment and a great bonus of a really comfy bed! Great area with loads to do and really pretty. My kids loved swimming in the lake and going on the wibit course. We all had a fantastic holiday in Les Gets and enjoyed staying in Yeti.
