Great location but.

Great location, pools and jacuzzi we're available and used. Living accommodation was nice.

We had been given an earlier check-in from 1-2pm we arrived at 1.15 and no body was there. As if they just didn't bother to meet us. We had to leave our luggage in the reception area and return at 5pm. The bedrooms are very small.

We have been staying latest 5 Years in Lagrange, always happy with the staff , the flat, amenities and location

We don't understand why wifi is not free like it is in several places of this kind. To book Sauna and Hamman should be easier.

Good value for money, but needs a renewal

The location of the place is great and close to the center, they have a wide availability of underground parking and the place is good value for money. The small kitchen is functional

The place needs a renewal, there's a pungent smell all over, I couldn't identify what is it, but it's not pleasant although you get used to it after 10 minutes. Also some stain marks on the wall paint.

Advance check-in worked well and the underground car parking is excellent. Easy to walk up from the car to the room

Our room/balcony was close to the carpark and reception area. It didn't get the sun at all and at times was noisy. Internet access has to be paid for as an extra but it was disappointing that the internet service was poor especially in the evenings despite paying for it. Technology is now widely available to provide good internet access to all and in 2022 I would have expected a better paid for service.

Great apartment, very spacious, big outside decking/ seating area, great central location, friendly helpful staff, free MTB secure storage, to sum up perfect for our needs.

Not much outdoor parking and undercover not high enough for a minibus (but was not a big problem)

une odeur d’égouts pendant 7 jour toute la nuit. Pendant notre sommeil 2 eme douche même pas servie par l’odeur horrible dedans prends 65€ de taxe de séjour au lieu de 42€ comme indiqué sur booking.

Sejour agréable dans la jolie station des Gets

L'accueil (on nous a attendu pour notre arrivée malgre notre retard par rapport à l'heure de fermeture de la réception), l'emplacement de la résidence au coeur de la jolie station des Gets, la possibilité d utiliser la piscine et la salle de sport, presence d un balcon.

L'exiguïté des chambres, petit electromenager de médiocre qualité, micro onde compliqué à utiliser, le canapé qui a vécu et donc fort incorfortable pour le dos, le faible nombre de places de parking disponibles (presence neanmoins d un parking souterrain mais payant).

Plek en personeel was fantastisch

Te duur (€3000 voor 1 week) en alles kost extra. Internet voor 3(!) apparaten kost €25 voor een week. Gezin met 4 heeft daar niet genoeg aan…Kamer was ook niet zoals gereserveerd. Kamers superklein en niet zoals beloofd met een kamer met 2 losse bedden. 6 persoons Appartement geboekt voor een gezin van 4. Je kon je kont niet keren!
