Locatie. Mooi uitzicht en dicht bij Les Gets/skilift
Veel oud spul. Kraan keuken zat los, waterkoker stuk. Geen kleine pannetje, oude gordijnen. Veel oud en gebruikt. Ook beschrijving vanuit garage naar appartement klopte niet.

Locked box was convenient. The view was beautiful and a short walk into town.
Huge problem is that sheets and towels are not included. I don't feel like this was clear enough as it was only apparent from the email sent from the agent pre-stay which said 'personalise your stay with extras' - I don't consider bedding and towels to be personalisation! This added another 100 euros to our costs - we wouldn't have booked if we had known. It needs to be on the advert. As it was, we got there late on a friday and the managing agent wasn't prepared to help us until the saturday morning, so thank goodness someone in an Immoblier in town took pity and hired us the sheets.
Directions to the room very poor and written before extensive building work was started, so written directions didn't apply and the site looked nothing like the directions described. Took us a long time to find the room and access was tricky due to building work.
Cleanliness was an issue - pulled out the bed to make it (once we had the sheets!) to find a pair of used socks, toenails and years of dust . Generally the property wasn't very clean. The kitchen was not very well stocked, the kettle didn't work.
