Plan C Downtown Apartment

Great apartment, central location. Check-in was done via safe box, all information provided in advance. Clean and comfortable, full kitchen, washing machine. No air conditioning, but was not needed in April.

Noise insulation was not good. There were noisy neighbors right next door, could hear them very well. Not owner's fault, but worth mentioning. Low water pressure in shower / toilet. It fluctuated a little bit, but overall very low. Very small soap pieces provided, so had to buy my own. Not a big deal though. As others mentioned, no hooks in bathroom for towels, etc. I think this could have been fixed easily after many reviewers mentioned it, not sure why it wasn't.

Me gusta la ubicación ,calidad de la cocina,todo tipo de utensilios ,el baño tiene un alicatado de calidad, buena decoración en general , tiene ascensor que es importante para ser un quinto piso, tranquilo ,nos ha encantado

Carece de armario para colgar ropa ,dispone estantería para colocar ropa doblada, en el baño no dispone de perchas para colgar toallas, tenía un tendedero portátil q nos sirvió para tender las toallas

The location is excellent. In the center of Porto with easy access to areas of interest in the city. Check in was easy. (Although the keys were not in the lockbox we were given on our first stay. The host was prompt in getting back to us with the correct lockbox number.) The rain coats were a Godsend! Awesome idea to have rain jackets to use during your stay since we forgot ours and it did rain one day. The Nespresso machine and tea kettle were essential touches that we really appreciated.

There was no place to hang anything. Some hooks on the walls or a standing hanger rack would have been nice. The little storage boxes were useful but some things need to be hung up. It was noisy at night with events across the street at the Coliseu theater. There were a lot of revelers yelling and screaming at 2am and again at 6am on our second stay. Weekends can be noisy.

La posizione della struttura e l'ampiezza della camera

pessimi servizi di accoglienza. al check in era prevista la presenza di una persona per la consegna delle chiavi cosi come specificato in prenotazione ma nonostante sia stato comunicato più volte l'orario di arrivo (18-19 del giorno 10 maggio) non abbiamo trovato nessuno ad accoglierci. citofono senza indicazioni, nessuna indicazione su piano e numero di appartamento. ho contattato ripetutamente la struttura al numero di telefono indicato e con messaggio da app booking senza avere risposta. siamo riusciti a capire quale fosse l'appartamento solo grazie ad alcuni residenti del palazzo che ci hanno supportato chiamando con i loro cellulari il numero indicato sulla prenotazione booking. se non ci fossero state queste persone a darci una mano non saremmo riusciti ad accedere alla struttura prenotata e pagata in anticipo. quando siamo riusciti a parlare con l'host questo ci ha ripetutamente detto che le indicazioni per aprire la key box erano state inviate via mail, cosa assolutamente falsa. se cosi fosse stato non avremmo avuto alcuna difficoltà e stress di accesso.
