The location is amazing. It has all the amenities one would need.
The mattress needs to be replaced (as has been mentioned in a handful of reviews).
Also, have a note in the kitchen about the wonky hot water situation would be nice.

Nice property good location price was good
Only complaint is the hot and cold water are backwards in bathroom and kitchen took us hours to figure it out. Little notes all over house about different things it would have been nice to have notes about that.

Very good value for money, considering 5min walk to groomed run close to base and a cosy family feel in ground floor apartment with most conveniences catered for. If you are looking for a new apartment and/or high end finished stay somewhere else close by (at double the cost).
Only criticism is the main bed and sofa bed mattresses have seen Better days - we (and others I had noted on reviews) had to move the blue foam in laundry under the mattress on our 2nd night to get sleep, as main bedroom mattress is so soft you roll into middle etc all night.
