La Casa 07 is a 1,900 square foot condo spread out over three levels, providing ample space for everyone in your party. A well-equipped, full kitchen with a double wall oven and a breakfast bar, is ideal for home cooking, while the adjacent dining table for six is perfect for meals and family game nights. The living room is comfortably furnished with a warm gas fireplace and a handy wet bar, while right outside, there's a large balcony where you can relax and breathe in some of that fresh, mountain air. You'ill also have access to two shared hot tubs during your stay.
If you're looking for some fair-weather adventure in the great outdoors, hike the scenic, seven-mile Yampa River Core Trail that passes right through Steamboat Springs, or head north just 37 miles to check out the incredible Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area for fishing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Took our 4 kids on a summer get away and this house was perfect! Plenty of sleeping space, nice big kitchen and bathrooms on every level. The location is amazing - a short walk to great restaurants and the gondola.

We had 3 dads and 3 12 year old stay at this place. Location was amazing. 10 minute walk to base of mountain. Hot tub 100 feet from our place. Covered parking. We took advantage of brewery/pizza 5 minute walk down the street. The place itself was great. Hidden bunk beds was a plus. Really enjoyed our stay

Property was dated but worked for what we needed. Found a nice short cut to ski down to the bottom to start the day on the mountain.
