We loved everything about the building. Our condo did not have a washing machine or dryer. Nor did we get a key fab to the building. I was locked out of the building at 4am after seeing my son off in a cab to the airport. Eventually, security arrived and let me back in. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. Walking distance to the beach and 5th Ave. Roof top pools were a blast. Chopolis restraunt down the road was our favorite go-to for dinner.

Definitely an excellent place to stay in Playa del Carmen—everything is within walking distance. The service was outstanding, and the pool was absolutely beautiful. The entire place was spotless and well-organized. Unfortunately, I lost my keys, but I received support almost immediately, without any hassle. Highly recommended!

Le personnel d'accueil toujours disponible, l'hôte de booking toujours réactif aux messages, les piscines sur le toit incroyables, la localisation vraiment bien.
Le sol était sale (bien que propre visuellement): nous avions nos pieds noirs après 10 min, pareil en sortant des douches. Certains canadiens accaparent les transats et se permettent des remarques désobligeantes aux enfants à la piscine. Le bidon d'eau était entamé (depuis quand?) et a mis plus de 24 h à être remplacé. La pompe à eau était déchargée. Les ustensiles de cuisine étaient rudimentaires (4 pièces de chaque, pas de couteau à pain,...)
