The services installed at the Condo such as Cable, Internet and Satellite are not responsibility of our company, this are services hire from a third party Service provider and any failure, will be report to each Company by us after you send your report on working hours, we cannot make refunds on the rent if any of this services doesn`t work during your stay for malfunction or damage on the lines of the Service provider, we will give support to the guest as far as we can do it but the repairmen of the service will be on behalf of the Service provider (Cablemas, Telmex, Sky, Dish or similar)
We are not responsible for construction jobs, improvements, noisy neighbors, dogs barking, etc. on the properties around, we will give support making the report to the authority or manager in charge of them but by no mean refunds or lease cancellations will be applied in this cases. There is ocasional noise during the day due to a construction site next door.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lunada. Il est situé à 5 minutes de marche de la quinta avenida avec de multiples restaurants et boutiques. Il y a qq épiceries à distance de marche. La terrasse sur le toit est fort agréable avec la piscine et les chaises longues. Excellent séjour et merci à Isabelle qui a été facilement accessible pour répondre à nos questions.

We had a lovely stay in Isabelle's condo. We were only there for 3 nights because it was our 1st time renting a condo out of the US and weren't sure what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised! The condo was just as pictured, clean, modern and comfortable for our family of 4; 2 adults and 2 young kids. Although we didn't cook in the kitchen, it was stocked with everything one would need. We also loved the location of the condo, an easy walk to 5th ave and Mamita's Beach. Isa was very friendly and extremely helpful. She gave us her personal cell and we text her during our stay for recommendations on food, rental cars, general questions etc. I even left a pair of earrings in the bathroom and she delivered them to our resort. (we split our trip 1/2 condo and 1/2 all inclusive).
Overall, the condo was a great experience and definitely made us change our mind about condos vs. all inclusives. Thanks Isabelle!

Quel endroit merveilleux pour découvrir Playa del Carmen .tres bien situé près de la plage et de la 5 ieme Ave .Le condo est tres bien meublé avec une decoration qui nous rappelle la mer , en plus on a un acces facile à la terrasse sur le toit ou on peux profiter de la piscine et du coucher de soleil, parfait apres une journée à la plage. C'est officiel nous allons retourner dans ce condo de rêve pour nos prochaines vacances au Mexique.

Moi et ma femme Jocelyne avons passé un mois a la Casa Matteo et nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables!!!
Le condo est décoré avec gout et est plus que confortable. Les propios on le condo totalement équipé... Dans le passé, nous avons loué des condos, ou il n´y avait pas de tire bouchon, ou simplement une poele a frire... a la Casa Matteo vous ne manquer de rien... Il y a meme des chaise de plage et un parasol!!!
Le condo est réelement bien situé a proximité de tout, la 5e Avenue est a 5 minutes de marche, la plage a 7 minutes, il y a deux depaneurs et une epicerie a 2 minutes..
Les installations du complexe sont génial... j´ai pu continuer ma routine d´entrainement dans le gym climatiser et profiter de toute les fin d´apres midi au bord de la magnifique piscine sur le toit...
Notre hote isabelle, cést bien occuper de nous, du premier email que nous lui avons envoyer, jusque au moment de rentre dans l´aéroport le jour de notre départ..!!!!
Je vous recommande fortement un séjour a Casa Matteo, nous y seront de retour a l´automne!!!
