Kooks Paradise

Great place off the busy main road of Ahangama. Kabalana beach is just 10 minute walk away. All main surf spots in the area are easily reachable by bike or tuk-tuk ride. We stayed in a spacious room on the ground floor next to a very convenient shared kitchen. Manager Maia and caretaker Duminda were very attentive and helped us with all our requests. Will definitely come back. Amazing place and great vibes!

Sometimes during the day the Wi-Fi wasn't very fast, but it looked more like a problem on the Internet provider's side.

Whilst the property is located away from the noisy Main street, it offers a calm atmosphere. We loved the beautiful design. Duminde, the caretaker, however made the stay exceptional. He keeps the property in order and clean and is always happy to help.

This hotel is simply a wonderful place! It’s tucked away from the noisy main road in a quiet, peaceful spot, yet still within walking distance of the ocean and right next to Kabalana Beach. Throughout our entire stay we truly felt at home. The caretaker, Duminda, is always ready to help with anything you need. We stayed in Room #4 on the top floor. It’s spacious and perfect for two people, especially if you’re combining holidays with remote work ) Every detail of the interior is thoughtfully chosen and beautifully arranged. There’s a lovely rooftop area for yoga, and on the ground floor you’ll find a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The managers are always available and willing to assist with anything. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

Instant good vibes when you walk-in to a lush beautiful garden. Very clean, stunning roof top yoga Shala, brand new amenities, strong WiFi, hot water, fully equipped shared kitchen on the ground floor. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It felt like home away from home. Easy quick walk to Kabalana Beach to surf. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a place where you can properly relax and have your own space in Ahangama.
