Great location. Beautiful views and beach.

The pool was not heated

The view from the condo was incredible. Proximity and ease of access to the beach made the daily beach visits quick. Beach was clean and water clear. Beautiful location and proximity to mid and above average restaurants was great.

The master bathroom's shower did not drain well. Pool was gorgeous, but we did not use it since it was very cold. Not big issues, just observations.

Apartment was great! Location was great! Parking was great! Loved the location on the beach! It was a short walk to get onto the beach! The pool was very nice! Gas station across the street was super convenient! Luxury Coastal Vacations did a super job of staying in touch with us and accommodating us throughout our entire stay!

There was a lot of construction going on which I was aware of when I booked but they didn’t have anyone keeping the sidewalks, the elevator, the pool area or the outdoor carpets swept. They had a main water line break so we were without water for 3 days. The last day the water was out they finally brought in some bottled water for the renters, which was way too late. No umbrella for the BBQ area.
