Montano IV & old town by ELE Apartments

Posizione molto buona, situato ad un minuto della Merced. Due camere matrimoniali. Bagno con doccia grande e due lavabi. Spaziosa zona giorno. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie. Silenziosissimo visto che si trova nella parte più interna di un edificio. Noi eravamo nell’appartamento del 2 piano.

Locația a fost perfecta, la 3 -4 minute de centru. Locatia cu multă liniște dar fara sa fie izolată ca poziție. Recomand 10 din 10.

Excellent location: central but quiet.

Comfortable beds and all facilities good.

The place was nice in itself. The rooms were a good size and the location was great.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. Before our trip, I spent days confirming our 1am arrival time with the property and was assured it would be fine. When four of us arrived, we were told that whoever approved it was mistaken and that our room was still occupied until 11am. Despite showing proof of the agreement, we were simply told there was “nothing they could do” and advised to find a hotel. As four young women in an unfamiliar city at 2am, this left us stranded with all our luggage and nowhere to go. In addition i asked where the locker was so we could put our stuff down , and they never replied. We could not afford a last-minute hotel after already spending so much on the trip. We ended up sitting outside for hours overnight, trying to stay safe while dealing with unwanted attention from groups of men. After waiting all night, cleaning ourselves on the beach,finding breakfast elsewhere , and repeatedly attempting to contact the property, they stopped responding to us entirely. around 10am, after waiting outside the property, I managed to speak to the guests who were still occupying our apartment. They told us they had been given extra time (for free) for a late check-out so they were in no rush to leave. This made the situation even more frustrating, as we had been told our booking would be prioritised and made available as soon as possible. We were repeatedly told our booking would be prioritised, yet we were not able to access the apartment until around 2pm. In total, we were left stranded from midnight until 2pm the following day. One of my friends became ill from carrying large amounts of luggage around in the heat, and another even lost her passport and wallet during the chaos and wasn’t able to get it back. The lack of communication, professionalism, and concern for guests was shocking. We felt completely abandoned, and it became very clear that customer care was not a priority.
