Hoa Phong homestay Moc Chau

Ahang and his family were wonderful hosts. The homestay was clean and spacious, and had a beautiful view out over the hills. The food each night was incredible, and Ahang always provided us with tea and water. He also took us up to a lovely lookout near the homestay, and helped arrange reasonably priced transport around Moc Chau, as well as our onward transport to Tà Xùa. If you’re looking for a chilled out, authentic experience in the Moc Chau countryside, then I would 100% recommend Hoa Phong!

I had a great stay at Hoa Phong homestay. The family is very kind and welcoming. They welcomed me to family meals and made sure to show me around the area. The best thing about my stay was the beautiful nature and peaceful surroundings. It is worth the little bit extra time it takes to get to the property to experience that peace and quiet.

Clean and cosy place to stay in the middle of Hmong ethnic untouched village in the mountains. Places is clean with nice hot water shower. The owner Ahang and his wife were nice to us. He took us around the village and we learn more about the village and their culture. We tried some their specia home madel corn wine which was a great experience. The owner had really good english.

The Mattress was hard - but for some people it might be okay.

There aren't words for how wonderful the people and location are. Ahang, Y Hoa, My, and Khai made me feel so welcome in their home and village. I cannot say thank you enough to Ahang for organising transport for me from Mai Chau when I was in a panic about getting there, and for showing me the mountains and valleys on his motorbike. My accommodation was very spacious and comfortable. Breakfasts were simple and tasty, but dinners were feasts; Y Hoa is a fabulous cook. The location is otherworldly, beyond beautiful and peaceful.
