Clean and spacious with great breakfast

We were there just for one night - stopover between Buzios and Paraty. With the kitchen you could easily stay there for a long stay. Comfortable place, clean, modern with great location - walking distance to the Historic Center and just beside a shopping mall for a quick morning shopping before checking out. Great breakfast delivered in our room at a predefined time (see picture, we are vegetarians so if you are not they may have other options) Super friendly staff as well. We would stay there again.

This place is only 3 years old and i can see the beginning of mold in the bathroom, it didn’t bother us at all but I hope they will take care of this before it gets worse.

The location is good, the facility is good and the room clean and comfy.

The breakfast was the disappointment part of the stay. It was served in the room, which would be ok, but very small quantity of food for a couple, poor variety of items and the quality of food was way too far from a stay at this price.

The room was very spacious, much bigger than i had expected. The facilities were clean and the location was great for walking to the main attractions. It was perfect for me and my toddler.

The breakfast is served in the rooms. Not in a common room. That' not good, cause it comes too late, almost starves de guests and causes food waste.

Central location. Huge and spacious room, very well equipped. Very good lighting. Everything new and very clean. Very comfortable bed with bery good linen and various pillows. Large bathroom with strong shower. We had a quiet room to the back with a good soundproof. Friendly and helpful staff. Strong WiFi.

Breakfast only in the room. Only cold meals available. Slow check-in. ALEXA in the room.

2º vez que me hospedo, sensacional da mesma forma que a 1º. Recomendo de olhos fechados, o hotel é novíssimo, os quartos são lindos e muito bem limpos, acredito que não há nenhuma outra hospedagem em Petrópolis tão nova/chique quanto essa! O funcionário da recepção 100% agradável e solicito, nota 1000 pra tudo. Me hospedaria mais mil vezes. Esse quarto em específico é enorme, cabe facilmente 4 pessoas e com total conforto.

Tive um problema com a regulagem de temperatura do chuveiro, hora gelava demais, hora esquentava demais… Gostaria de recomendar, da mesma forma que da outra vez, 2 coisas: um espelho de corpo todo e uma luz em cima do espelho do banheiro.

Quarto excepcional, atendimento muito bom, conforto inigualável, localização ótima, nada a reclamar quando ao hotel. Tudo muito bem conservado, chuveiros bons, camas confortáveis, café da manhã no quarto, supercômodo.

Alguns itens do café da manhã poderiam vir mais quentes (ovo e café), mas no geral, o café da manhã é bem gostoso e há a vantagem de poder pedir reposição de itens.

Instalações novas. Localização central. Dá para conhecer os principais pontos turísticos a pé. Ao lado tem um shopping que fica aberto até tarde, o que auxilia se faltar alguma coisa ao hóspede.
