Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville

Rien de spécial.

¡La ubicación es excelente! Está muy bien conectado desde el aeropuerto y está a una cuadra de Av. Dos Aliados y llegas caminando fácilmente a diferentes puntos turísticos (estación Sao Bento, Torre de los Clérigos, Librería Lello, Mercado de Bolhao, etc.). El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo; y el ingreso al edificio y al departamento con el código proporcionado fue muy sencillo. Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este alojamiento :) Lo recomiendo.

La instalación del aire acondicionado portátil no está muy bien resuelta, porque obliga a que quede abierta un poquito la ventana. Si bien el departamento no da a la calle, lo menciono como un punto de mejora. Personalmente, con el otro aire acondicionado que está instalado, creo que es suficiente y no genera ese "problema".

La calle es muy concurrida y un poco sucia, esto no es un defecto del apartamento pero me sorprendió un poco ver la calle tan descuidada

Very central location in Porto. Two nearby metro stations are about 10 minutes away on foot. The street is lively, with many Asian restaurants (noodle places, bubble tea shops, etc.). A small Auchan supermarket and a self-service laundry are located nearby, which is convenient for longer stays. The entrance to the building is modern and comfortable. The elevator is small but contemporary and not outdated. Check-in is fully remote and simple: you receive an access code a few hours before arrival to open both the building entrance and the apartment door. The apartment has air conditioning and a small electric heater for colder days.

The main issue was the presence of black mold in the corners of the walls. This can be a health concern, especially for people with respiratory conditions or allergies. It appeared that the affected areas had been painted over, but the mold was still visible through the paint, suggesting that the issue had not been properly resolved. Hot water is supplied by a boiler, so once the hot water runs out, you need to wait several hours for it to heat up again. The windows face an inner courtyard, directly towards the dirty glass roof of a neighboring restaurant. There was occasionally barbecue smoke coming from there. The view from the windows included nearby residential buildings and abandoned structures. Overall, the view was unpleasant and not enjoyable. The furniture, doors, and overall interior felt inexpensive and somewhat poorly maintained. The apartment does not have a washing machine, dishwasher, or oven (as stated in the description), which limits the possibility of cooking full meals.
