Hugh's and Nora's Place to stay

I have a mystery. I stayed here in October of last year, and the place was wonderful. I had some issues with the heat, and BOOKING had who I thought was the owner call me and eventually she took the block off the thermostat and I was able to raise the heat to where I wanted it. The issue is, the person on the phone told me that she was a physician at the UNC Hospital. Since I attended UNC, we chatted for a while about that. Everything else was fine except the bed, but that is an issue I have with my back.

This stay, the hot water was not working correctly, thus showers were pretty bad. The water would be hot, then go ice cold after about 45 seconds. If I turned off the water for about 30-45 seconds and then turned it back on, it eventually became hot again for enough time to finish the shower, but then went cold again. The "MYSTERY" is that the nice lady downstairs (Wendy) told me SHE owned the building, it was left to her by her father, and she would look into the water issue. (It was not solved by the time I checked out.) SO, the "MYSTERY" is, who was I speaking with in Chapel Hill last year if the nice lady (Wendy) I spoke to downstairs owns and manages the building? SO, even though I very much like the property, I won't stay there again unless the hot water system is repaired.

Nora & Hugh's place was a lovely place to stay. There were lots of small details that we appreciated like the snacks, coffee machine, toiletries and the towels were folded in a lovely manner.
