Appartement spacieux, clair, agréable calme très bien situé, Parking devant la résidence.
Proche du centre ville et sortie de Bourg très rapide.
Hôte très agréable, accueillante, serviable. Appartement très propre.
Manque serviettes de toilettes non comprises (à préciser lors de la location). Cafetière électrique inexistante.
Chauffage inexistant le soir et la nuit.

No breakfast. The location is okay.
Given the recent heat wave in France, the host did not think it was necessary to put at least a fan in the appartemnt. When we got there, it was about 36°C inside the studio. We had driven for about 9 hours, and the atmosphere in the appartment was really stifling.
Although a washing machine was listed on the equipment list when I booked the appartment, THERE IS NO WASHING MACHINE. Apparently there is one somewhere in the building, but you have to pay for its use. This is false information.
There are very few plug points & a couple of them don't work. It is inconvenient.
There are NO cupboards for clothes - so you actually can't unpack & live out of your suitcases.
