Il frigorifero grande, il posteggio gratuito vicino all'appartamento da cui si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti. La camera da letto grande.
Non tutto era pulito (tazze sporche e lenzuola non fresche, tappeti luridi e tenda della doccia da smacchiare). Disordine sul balcone con biancheria in parte appoggiata sulla ringhiera (sporca) e in parte caduta per terra (da cui recuperato il lenzuolo per il divano letto). Wc al piano terra e doccia sul soppalco, con scala ripida, stretta e con spigoli vivi di legno grezzo. Tutti i rubinetti da fissare, sifone della doccia da pulire. Rifiniture dei mobili da rivedere. Abbiamo segnalato i problemi al proprietario appena arrivati che, a parte scusarsi, ha promesso biancheria pulita e di sistemare il balcone, ma poi tutto è rimasto così.

Schwer zu orten, Hinterhaus zu 22 ohne Kennzeichnung, besser nach 24 schauen. Kein Geschirrspüler, kein Fön. Schwieriger Zugang (Leitertreppe) zum OG, unschöner Vorplatz. 2 Wasserhähne locker, nur 2 Handtücher. Bettdecke mit Flecken. Toilette im EG.

Het appartement is moeilijk te vinden. De buren op hetzelfde huisnr. wisten van niks. Gevaarlijke trap als je 'snachts naar de wc moet, gemene drempel in de bad/slaapkamer, slechte lichtverdeling, geen tafeltje naast bed voor bril, water, telefoon
