Very comfortable and well kitted out

We were told we could check in at 15:00 and to call 1 hour before arrival we called at 14:10 to let them know we were an hour away. On arrival we called and texted to let them know we were there we then spent 2 hours sat outside in the car before finally being allowed in we kept getting told it will be ten minutes but that ten minutes turned into a waste of 2 hours we could have gone somewhere and came back if the staff had been truthful

Not bad in the end, but many small issues

First pros - very well-equipped but small kitchen, good beds, nice apartment design and really near to the seaside.

And now some contras. Important to mention again - there is no linen provided, bring yours!!! Cumbersome way into apartment - you should take your keys from a box in a post box, go into the right (not left!!) door, use antic elevator, and guess what apartment is yours, as there is no number on the door. We tried to get to neighbours' door and they seem to be used to it. The hot water had nor enough pressure. The whole apartment is rather small. Also probably no toilet paper and garbage packets, and coffee or salt or sugar unless previous renters left something. The garbage should be brought some 200m to the bins near the dunes, and you pay 50 cents for 30 litres bag of normal litter with payment card only. Bigger ones may not fit there! "Public" parking outside is paid most of the time and they check it! The parking machines were not working however so read what is written there carefully and use app like EasyPark for payments. Ah, and of course host communicates in French only. Typical Flanders, isn't it?

Emplacement idéal, parking, appartement bien équipé et moderne, départ tardif possible (midi).

Lit d'1m40 peu confortable et sans protège-matelas, couette du lit 1m60 avec taches, le système de boîtier à code pour la clé n'existe plus. Et nous n'avons pas reçu le numéro du concierge.

Aangenaam verblijf

Een knus appartement voor max 4 personen. Het appartement is op een rustige plek gelegen dicht bij het strand, dijk, tram en winkels. Veel parkeerplek voor de deur, in de zomervakantie is het wel heel moeilijk om een plekje te vinden. Voor ons was dit de ideale uitvalsbasis. Er waren een paar minpunten maar al bij al een aangenaam weekend gehad.

De communicatie omtrent de sleutel kon beter. Toen we aankwamen hadden we nog geen code gekregen zoals op de site stond. De dag ervoor had ik al eens een bericht gestuurd.Dus gebeld met de gastvrouw. De taalbarrière viel goed mee. Er werd poging gedaan om Nederlands te spreken. Ze zou me de dag ervoor de uitleg over het bemachtigen van de sleutel gestuurd hebben, maar dit hadden we niet ontvangen. Dus zende ze het me op dat moment. Bleek dat ik nog moest bellen naar iemand anders. Deze persoon sprak enkel Frans, maar werd dan verder geholpen door een collega. Daar kreeg ik te horen dat we eigenlijk een half uur voor aankomst moeten bellen, wel moeilijk als je dan de info nog niet hebt. En dat we nu een drie kwartier moesten wachten. Uiteindelijk bleek de sleutel gewoon in de brievenbus te steken die open stond. Het appartement vlot gevonden, enkel paste de sleutel niet goed waardoor de deur niet openging en we toch dachten verkeerd te staan, maar na een 2de poging en de sleutel er neit volledig in te steken ging de deur open. De algemene hygiëne viel goed mee. We hadden enkel bedenkingen bij al de droge voeding die nog in de kast stond, de douchesponzen die er nog lagen en de boxershort in de kast. Ook de dekbedden kunnen wel een wasbeurt gebruiken. Wij hebben deze niet moeten gebruiken omdat het te warm was.

Der Urlaub in der Unterkunft war sehr erholsam und wir haben uns schnell wohl gefühlt.

Die funktionale Einrichtung, gute Ausstattung der Küche, die Lage und die geschmackvolle Dekoration haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Gastgebers war super erreichbar! Schlüsselübergabe völlig problemlos!

Hier und da war es in den Ecken schmutzig. Die Lebensmittel von anderen Gästen im Küchenschrank, wie eine halbe Packung Nudeln, waren wahrscheinlich nett gemeint,. Wirkte aber eher unappetitlich.

Bien mais je n’irais plus dans cet établissement sauf avec des draps propres

Nous avons aime la decoraction et le lieu de cet établissement. De plus assez cosy si on veut regarder un film

Attention pas de draps, ils étaient enroulés dans une armoire avec tous les coussins et toutes les couettes. Attention aussi, le parking est certes présent mais payant ! 7€ pour un jour. Si on en reste 4, ça fait déjà une somme pour des étudiants/ autres personnes.

Accomodatie niet te vinden, een uur gezocht niemand kent Chez L&L, staat ook nergens aangegeven. Geen huisnummer aangegeven, geen codes van sleutelkastje tijdig ontvangen. Niet aangegeven dat er geen beddengoed is. WiFi code was niet te ontcijferen. Bij opnemen contact werd de telefoon meerdere keren niet opgenomen, bij contact werd er alleen Frans gesproken, geen Engels of Nederlands. Niet aangegeven waar de vuilniszak kon worden weggegooid.

Excellent séjour

Hébergement très propre, confortable, bien équipé et joliment décoré. L'hôte est très agréable et facilement contactable. Il faut juste savoir qu'il y a 2 entrées et qu'il faut prendre la porte ou il est indiqué 4-5 sinon ensuite c'est simple.

Chouette séjour à Coxyde!

Chouette appartement décoré avec goût, très propre, proche de la mer et d'un parking. De plus, l'hôte est facilement joignable pour des infos concernant l'équipement. Je recommande !

Die Wohnung ist klein aber sehr schön da es alles neu umgebaut war! Preis Leistung war sehr gut da in der Region ist mittlerweile sehr teuer geworden! Für uns sehr wichtig da wir geschläftlich unterwegs sind!!

Es war sehr schade das die Wohnung nicht gereinigt wurde bevor wir kamen die Matratzen waren mit Sand und Haare sowie die Badewanne!! Sehr schade ☹️
