Location and the view are amazing and the staff were kind and courteous! They always greeted you at the door with a smile and a welcome back!

If I had the money invested in owning this condo I would charge a little more for a linen service as people who are on vacation don’t want to spend the time to launder the towels and wash cloths. Also if I was the owner I would be completely embarrassed to have my clients sleep on the mattress that’s available. The bed frame is fine just invest in a decent size comfortable mattress 10” thick or more and possibly add a box spring also for height. The setup you have now is very uncomfortable and to low to the ground. Also whoever the cleaning service is between clients need to pay a little more attention to detail the kitchen drawers need cleaned a little better as they have small pieces of trash or debris laying all around the utensils and dishes. They also need to clean the exhaust fan screen in the bathroom as it is covered in lint and will possibly burn up the fan as no air is circulating. All in all we had an enjoyable stay at this location and would rent it again if needed it just needs a few tweaking of the amenities to make it top notch! Thanks again and it was an amazing once in a lifetime experience of the island of Oahu!

The room and the view were nice overall. Big fridge with a freezer, a desk, a quite big balcony with a table and two chairs (but lacks a table inside where you could eat)

The bathroom in particular was not clean, with toothpaste stains around the sink and a lot of mold in the shower Also no cleaning service even though we stayed 2 weeks and half (with no mention of that on their website or on booking.com), they don't even provide toilet paper
