Aparthotel Solskiego Wrocław

Self check-in was easy with the information sent by text beforehand. Apartment was clean and tidy. Janitor was very helpful when we couldn't access the apartment on the second day because phone had "died" and we couldn't remember code. Tip - make a note of the number just in case 😀 . Close to bus stop with good link to city centre

Wasn't able to alter the heat within the room apart from opening the window. No plug for bathroom sink and kitchen sink plug didn't keep the water in. No hand towels supplied.

Everything was perfect.

Very nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds.

The biggest plus was the location- close to many bus and tram stations. It was easy to move around the city and get to every major attractions. There were supermarkets right next to the apartments. Another plus was the condition of the building. Modern, easy to access, clean and functioning. We had a pot, pan, utensils and an electric kettle in the kitchen. Everything you need to make yourself breakfast or dinner.

One thing I’d add to the kitchen would be at least a bag of tea per guest- it’s not mandatory of course but it’s always a nice touch. All the apartments I used to stay at had things like little packages of sugar, salt, tea bags. At least for one day as a welcoming offer- something worth considering. The beds were really uncomfortable, so I’m glad we only spent 3 nights there. I knew what I payed for so I didn’t expect anything fancy but I felt the wooden boards under the mattress which wasn’t ideal. No internet connection. I asked right away for the password, we needed to make 3 more calls to get it. On second day we finally got a response with a password from a different hotel so it was quite confusing at first. The password wasn’t working- supposedly “the first time it happened to them”.
