It is very safe and check in was very easy. They are very responsive to messages.
I have dust allergies and unfortunately unit was not getting vacuumed. I wish weekly cleaning was better. It wouldn’t be an issue for few days but since I stayed there for four weeks, it was a problem for me.

Sofa had stains and bed sheet’s were questionable - either not washed or washed too many times. Overall missing cosinness

The location was pretty good and there were all things that was needed.
It was not cleaned at all. Floors were too dirty to walk on them barefoot. And why should a person or people that rent your apartment wash themselves with hand soap in shower? Did not understand that part at all.

I prefer a code rather than a key. Nice place it was clean enough.
Planned maintenance cut off all electrics for a full day and then the WiFi wouldn’t connect which wasted a full day. We had to stay out that day which wasn’t very suitable as I was over for surgery. Not many pubs or restaurants in walking distance. Had to use Bolt taxis. Good location for the clinic though. Next door neighbours dog barked all night, no air con so had to leave door open and the noise from the dog and then trains kept us awake.
