Felt safe. Spacious. Nice views.

Slight smell upon entry.

The unit was nice & the grounds were well maintained

Upon checking in there was a smell which I thought was the disposal , so we bought bleach,air freshener & candles it masked the Oder until we washed a load of laundry & dish washer oh my smelled like a sewer drain , called maintenance & the were unable to solve the issue ( thank goodness 4 a bunch on fragrance candles

Loved this unit. It was well taken care of and was very comfortable. Loved the views and the facilities overall were great. Having a keypad for locking and unlocking the door was great and very easy. Allowed family members to go back and forth without the need of asking for keys. Even though the A/C is supposed to work the A/C here worked really well and kept us very comfortable.

The only issue and it was small was the master shower door doesn't close very well and will open mid-shower. The master shower could use a new shower head that allows more water pressure. The only complaints we have are just small and they didn't take away from the overall great stay.

Seachase 905C was a great place to stay! Highly recommend and plan on returning. Very spacious. Beautiful view.

Had issues with the toilet in 2nd bathroom. Nothing major and was operable after my husband plunged it.
