This was our 3rd year visiting Orange Beach and staying at SeaChase. We have loved it here, but honestly we were disappointed with this specific unit. We unfortunately had to be placed in this condo because the unit we reserved became unavailable the week before we arrived and this was all that was available.Compared to the previous years and the units we stayed in, this particular one was just a little outdated. Not all the outlet coverings were on the wall, paint was peeling from doorframes and one of the patio furniture chairs was broken and it wasn't able to be replaced. So our family of 4 was unable to all sit outside with the same height chairs. Overall, it was still a good vacation and would return to SeaChase in the future, but do not plan to return to this specific unit.

The property was clean and the staff of this property was extremely helpful! The location was right in the middle of all nearby attractions and right across the street from shopping. If you have small children this place is great because of the splash pad and kiddie pool. The pool and beach space for this property was big enough that neither was crowded.

Outlet covers were missing. Beds were very uncomfortable. The dryer didn't work properly - it took 5 hours to dry a very small load of clothes.
