We love staying at the perdido Sun. The location is perfect. Access to the beach is perfect. We are always happy with our stay here.
The fact that we couldn’t check in early nor were we given access to the beach when we arrived early.

Location
This property is really starting to show its age while we appreciate the location. This is a major need of a overhaul! The living room furniture has stains all over it. I wouldn’t even sit in it. The Venetian blinds that have been written up multiple times in the Owner’s book has still not been fixed and don’t work. Half of the lights don’t work either the switches are bad or no bulbs. There were no bulbs in the microwave underneath there were no lights in the refrigerator. I appreciate the owners, but they need to put some of that profit back into this unit, now! Also the electrical outlets did not work and if two people took showers longer than five minutes there’s no hot water
