Location was great, a short walk to town. Easy access and communication. Rooms were comfortable, great to have 5 bathrooms.
It was all a bit tired and some areas could have been cleaner. Great having a garden but it was pretty untidy. Fire doors were annoying.

Lovely and spacious for our group of 7. Always lots of hot water. Fab location, just a stroll into town. Close to a good takeaway and a shop. Nice and clean. Prompt reply to any emails. A bonus to have parking for 2 medium size cars.
When we arrived the small settee was supported against the wall and one of its legs was left on the cushions. Needs some attention.
