Great location front line next to the new ferry port close to shops/bars etc Managing agents efficient and responsive. Large accommodation inside and out. Good fit out.
No aircon other than kitchen but fans in bedrooms effective. Windows, doors and insect screens seen better days and need a refresh for security and comfort reasons

So close to the sea front and restaurants. Lovely views and so peaceful
Someone hit my hire car parked in the adjoining car park by the main gate and left it damaged with no note.
