First class facility Nicely decorated room - Loved floor to ceiling black out curtains over extra large window with view of garden
Arrived at 3 p.m. per advertised check in time but room was not ready until 4. Music in the restaurant outdoor patio was loud and heavy metal (poor choice) No coffee maker in the room - Argumentative response from the staff when we shared requested feedback about lack of in-room coffee ("Oh, if you had asked us upon arrival we would gladly bring it to your room.")

The water pressure in shower wasnt great

Stuff are very friendly and efficient. The only complain I had was room service- never pickup the phone. Parking stuff are heart of the hotel and very welcoming and made my stay enjoyable. Front desk were also wonderful. Room service and restaurant should have more on Choices for guest .
