I should have read the listing more carefully. This was just not what I needed for a good night sleep. Lots of nighttime noise. Needs to update linens and perhaps replace living room futon with an actual couch.

I had a good stay. That property was as described and had everything I needed. The house was clean and ready to go when I got there. The bed was very comfortable. The couch in the living room is a futon and not super comfortable to be on for very long. Other than that not complaints and would recommend this to some one looking for a cozy stay. The location was walkable to the convention center but found myself ubering most of the time. The area surrounding did not look like somewhere I would want to walk alone at night but that's just my opinion. Great stay!

This is a good property for someone single who wants to live out of their suitcase. It is very clean and very tiny. No closets, but they brought us a clothes rack (no hangers) that sufficed. No kitchen cabinets except the ones below the counter. Neighborhood is sketchy - Uber driver said don't walk the mile downtown. You can get an Uber/Lyft in just a couple minutes though . . . for less than $10. Shower is great, TV works well, bed is very comfortable and second bedroom worked fine to put open suitcases on the bed. Washer and dryer work well in neighboring house just a few feet away. Dorm size refrigerator/freezer is located on the counter but is spacious. The stove is basically a hot plate but the microwave works great. Plenty of utensils and dishes. It is a good alternative to paying hotel prices during spring training or a meeting related event. Frys grocery store is right downtown by the convention center. Lots of great restaurants downtown.
