About this house rental
The is a private attached suite , with its own separate entrance and a covered carport for a vehicle.
We have a 2 bedroom/1 Bathroom/Living Room suite attached to our house that we are opening up to guests. Sleeps 4 guest comfortable
The 2 bedrooms both have King sized beds and big screen TV’s .
There is a comfortable living room area with a sofa ( not a sofa bed ) a sofa love seat and a recliner where you can kick back and watch TV and socialize with all other guests in your party. We are huge baseball fans, so you will see our baseball decor from Little League, High School, College and Professional.
The house is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix in a quiet family oriented neighborhood. We are located minutes away from many downtown Phoenix attractions such as Chase Field home of the Arizona Diamondbacks Baseball Team and Mortgage Matchup Center home of the Phoenix Suns Basketball Team .
We are also less than a mile away and walking distance to the Phoenix Convention Center , The Arizona Science Center , The Phoenix Children’s Museum and many great restaurants.
If you don't feel like walking or want to explore other parts of town in Phoenix the Light Rail station is located a block away. The light rail can take you to Downtown Phoenix but also can drop you off in Tempe for the Arizona State University College scene . Mesa . The Sky Harbor Airport Sky Tram takes you to the different Terminals at the airport.

This was one of the best Vrbo experiences we have had! The location was perfect for us to walk to the baseball stadium and centrally located for the airport and other activities (hiking, food, Papago park). The bedrooms were comfortable, the shared space was good for a small family, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels. Also, even though there was no kitchen, there was a coffee maker (with pods), microwave, toaster oven, and a bunch of snacks and bottled waters available. It was hot outside during our stay, so we took full advantage of the water bottles, and took a few snacks for our hike as well. We also briefly met the owner and talked with her, and she could not have been any nicer! Overall, fully recommend this rental! If we were back in Phoenix, it would be the first place we looked to stay.Notes about us: we are a family of 3 (2 adults, 1 teen). We were there for 2 days/nights. While there we went to a Diamondbacks game, went hiking nearby, saw a few sites, and then we went up to the Grand Canyon.

This was a beautiful property in a great neighborhood! We walked to Chase Stadium, ate great food and slept fantastic! Thank you Liz for sharing your property with us! We hope to visit again in the future!
