About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Plougoumelen, complete with Wi-Fi, covering an area of 140 m² and accommodating up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 60 m² living room, a fully fitted and equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms (with showers), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. This lovely, tastefully decorated house is the ideal place for your family holiday!
Make yourself comfortable and enjoy your stay in the Gulf of Morbihan. All you have to do is unpack your bags!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 60 m² living area with a TV
- A fully equipped kitchen, including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- On the ground floor, a suite with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Upstairs, two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200), and one bedroom with two single beds (90×190)
- Two bathrooms with showers
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Please note: the staircase is not recommended for young children.
Outdoors:
- A lovely 1,000 m² garden plus a terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
The house is ideally situated in Plougoumelen, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station or Auray SNCF station, 15 minutes’ drive away
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 22 minutes’ drive away
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed by the team at Cocoonr, the agency specialising in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to ensure you make the most of it.

- Bed linen and towels included
- Free Wi-Fi available (fibre optic)
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- To get you started, we provide a few coffee capsules, tea,
sugar, and a starter pack of oil, salt, pepper, vinegar and cleaning products.
- Optional self-check-in: Access to the accommodation is available from 5.00 pm. Keys can be collected from a key box provided on site.

Ty-Voli Beautiful house perfect for our three young children with the large reception space. The check in/out was great and there was a problem with the washing machine which the agency sorted quickly. The area is stunning and local seafood a must try! It’s a shame the lawn wasn’t mown as my son was playing outside quite a lot but it didn’t really effect our holiday.

Ty-Voli "A great stay in high quality accommodation in a peaceful yet accessible and convenient location.
🙂 The space, the facilities, the quality of the furnishings and media, and the overall ambience of what is a very nice updating of a historic building. Also, we were very impressed with Cocoonr, the letting agency - the greeting on arrival and the high standard of communications and information provided in managing the booking.
